We are committed to working in partnership with parents and carers and take any concerns or complaints seriously. Our clear and transparent complaints procedure ensures that all issues are addressed fairly, promptly and respectfully. In the first instance, we encourage concerns to be discussed directly with the class teacher or appropriate member of staff so that they can be resolved quickly.
